History: vacating waste from the elevation to interior poche.

toilet still started with outside of building body. However, they are covered
in the outdoor space of the building. It was that it was not linked to the
sewage system
- With sewage system, population become denser, the toilet, with other fixtures, stacked vertically together and merging into the building body.
